Blanchard will see them on their rural mail routes. Both Mr. Blanchard and Mr. Skeels are retiring after 30 years of service. Mr. Skeels has been ill the past week with the flu and wa? unable to carry on until the end. However neither Mr. Blanchard nor Mr. Skeels has been absent very often from their routes while in service. On talking to Mr. Skeels, he says he plans to lead a retired life keeping busy around *the five acres of land that he owns. He also said that he wished to travel, taking a trip to the mountains this summer and .this fall making a trip to California.
