ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE.0.\ the first Tuesday in FEBRUARY next, will he sold between the usual hour* of sale, before the Court House j door in bwainsboro\ Emanuel county, three tracts of Land, sold as the property of James II. Canada, late of said ajuntv.de ceased ; consisting of different lots, reserving the right of the widow's dower out of the whole. Three hundred ana fifty acres more or less, of a lour hundred acre survey, lying on the’waters Of Oauoochee Creek, adjoining lands of Daniel Canada and others, originally granted to John Ellis. One other tract containing one hundred and lurty-two and a half acres, more or less, of a two hundred and eighty-five acre survey adjoining fc.nds o Richard Edinfield and others, on the waters of Jacks Creek, granted to James H. lt;’anada. One other tract containing one hum dred and twenty-five acres, more or less, adjoining lands of John A. Kemp, on the waters of Car.oochee. All sold bv v!r tue of an order faom the Court of Ordinary of the county of Emanuel. Sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms made known on the dav.
