Auditions Will Start InFeb. For Spring PlayThe Allamakee Community Players, Inc. will be holding auditions for their spring play on February I and 2. The play, Exit the Body, written by Fred Carmicheal and produced with permission of Baker's Plays, is a comedy-farce in three acts.Tryouts will be held in the basement of St. John’s Lutheran Church from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. Director Vickie Larson will be present to discuss the play and work with persons interested in auditioning. Larson, an experienced member . of ACPI recently directed the Community Players Christmas play, The Littlest Angel Who Was Always Late, and acted in Guys and Dolls. She states that the play will be produced in March at the senior high auditorium.Five men and five women are needed ,to fill the roles for this play. Additionally, persons will be needed to work with crews including set, publicity, make-up, props, and costumes.
