HABEAS CORPUS HE AKIN t» iCONTINUED TO FRIDAYThe habeas corpus proceeding brought by Maurice 0. Baty, of California, formerly of Washington. Ind., against Robert and Mary Farn-um of near Cass, this cou#ty was continued Monday afternoon to Friday by Special Judge Hoover of Vincennes. The proceedings were brought to gain custody of 5-year-old Robert Baty, a nephew of Maurice j O. Baty, to whom Judge W. H. Brid-well gave the custody of the child in a trial here last spring. The hay’s1grandparents, who had hdm since his• * » •parents and brothers and sisters died j some time ago, refuse to give up the boy.
