A Marlon* Cuffing Affray.On the plantation of Mr. W. V. Russell, in Talbot valley, on Sunday afternoon last, occurred an affray in which Mr. 1 W. Waldrup was seriously stabbed in the hide by Mr. John Flournoy. Wnldrnn is a tenant on Mr. Fun*ell'ii place, and Flournoy a tenant of Mr. F. (). Holmes. The difficulty occurred about a young brother of WaJdrup’s who had hired to Flournoy and left his employ, owing to i a misunderstanding. The fight occurred at Wal-| drop's hour*. He was stabbed once in the side j and was thought to he seriously wounded. Or. F. C. Ellison attended the wounded man. The whole nflhir will be legally Investigated.—1Tnl-botton New Era.
