He belongs to the La Marque Masonic Lodge.The Bailey's live at 1308 Rhodora and have three children. Allan III, 19, is attending the University of Texas; Kay, 13, is in Junior High, and Frank, 9, is in the fourth grade.Building has slowed down in La Marque, Mr. Bailey said, but real estate business is still brisk. What we. need is more land for another sub division.
