January 26 at the Thornton Township high school gymnasium.Admission is $1.75 for persons possessing one of the free Battle of the Band tickets, and $2 25 for persons without tickets. Th'e free tickets mav he obtained from any member of theJaycees and may also be pickedup at Smith's restaurant. Eagiesdepartment store, the Har.euTribune and Schmidt’s Florist.Three nationally famous rock4fbands will appear on the talent program, but not as contestants.
