Saginarro, Bassick High school teacher of English and director of dramatics, has been selected for publication in “The National AnlhoJogly of Poetry.His work is one of toe small number selected for publication from almost nine thousand manuscripts submitted by teachers, instructors, professors, and librarians in ' more than eight thousand high schools and universities throughout the country.Mr. Snginario's work, entitled “The Willow’s Vigil/' personifies the willow as an eternal symbol of wisdom and knowledge, andfurther explores the possibilitythat some arc able to recognize the warnings found through the wHlmv as a voice of nature.Mr. .Sagir.ario, who has resided in Bridgeport a year, comej [front Elmira, N.Y. where he attended elrmmtary and secondary schools. He received a bachelor's cegrcc with n double major in English and speechdrama from Mansfield State- college in Mansfield, Pa., in June of 196-1. He joined the Bassick faculty in January 1965.
