He deliberately and forcibly took the lady ont of the roorr, from the presence of her friends, who become so dumbfounded at the boldness of the action, that they stood to mute amazement, helpless eyewitnesses to the audacity of the act. The kidnaper ran out of the house and down Hosser to T2tb street, being closely followed by a poss#v who volunteered to run down the wretch in the .absence of the police.
