Naylor.# *A pleasant surprise was given Mrs. j Whittenbeck, No. 822 Missouri avenue, party took baskets filled with lunch and party took baskets filled with luch and at 12 o’clock a delicious lunch was served. Several well-filled baskets of ^ifts were left for Mrs. Whittenbeck as a remembrance from her friends. After dinner, Mrs. Charles Key addressed the assembly on “Look to the Light Instead of the Dark.” Mrs. Fannie Hopkins and Mrs. Whittenbeck gave several reading5, making an enjoyable program.
