He is survived by a son, wh David, with whom he made his’ home; op* a. daughter, Mrs. Albert Stone, two hifc brothers, Pierce Melton of Altus, Ok., in and Steve Melton of Ringgold, and a lt;m\s niece, Mrs. O. E. Woodman, of Hoi- bra lis, Ok., all of whom were present at mu the funeral.
