THE CITY.Anot2ikxi meeting was held last evening in Kilbourm-i New Hall, in relation to LLo Market House and City Hall project. Thero were forty-three persons present, who lis« U*ned with commendable patience tr the reading of u prolix report, setting forth the , enormity, extravagance and duuger of tilt* scheme. The Committee that drafted the report was compost'd of Messrs. Roskurck, Grant find Balatka.Mr. Grant inado a lengthy speech, in •which hft demonstrated that th« Market House was unsafe and unsound, and would he still more so when the proposer! alterations were made.
