Mayor Rimer Turngren signs proclamation designating week of January 18-23 as “Jaycee Week” in Harvey as William Soenk-sen, Junior ( hamber of Commerce president, and Tom Dreesen. Jaycee Week chairman, look on. Special display outlining local Jaycees’ completed projects and their plans for the year ahead, will be found in window of Eagle department store throughout observance. Local chapter was organized a year ago. It is open to all civic-minded young men between 21 and 36 years of age.
