Local Pucksters On Lineup of High River Flying School(Prom Our Own Correspondent-* HIGH RIVER, Jan. 16 — Good ' hockey entertainment would be assured to High River fans this winter if the weather man would cooperate. Dag Downey played with Strathmore and Gleichen, Bill Tupkal has starred . m High River school and intermediate hockey.
