LAST RITES HELD FOR JOE CONNERRUPERT. Jan. 16 (Special) — Last rites for Joe Conner, 38. who died Dec. 28. were conducted at the .Goodman Mortuary chapel at 2 p; m. Thursday. Rev. Albert Par-relt, pastor of the local Methodist Episcopal church, conducted the ceremony.Interment was In the Rupert cemetery.Mr, Conner was born at Rossville, Kan., in November of 1900. He is sutvived by his father, Eric Conner,j who has not yet been located; by® his brother. Clarence Conner of Kansas City. Mo., who with Mrs. Conner arrived by auto Wednesday to arrange for the funeral.Joe Conner came to Burley from Kansas City. Mo . about 19 years ago and lived there until a few months ago when he moved to Paul where he made his home in a trailer house and where on Christmas eve he was found unconscious and brought to the Rupert general hospital.
