Quite a racket occurred last Saturday evening at Mr. Robert Legg’s saloon, the participants being Thomas and Reese Lewis, jr., Robert Legg and his wife,Jennie. The muss started over a game of pool, and ended with Robert Legg being knocked almost senseless with a ein*der. Mrs. Bolam, who was there at the time, received a good blow from one of the boys, and thus besame the possessor of two fine black eves.
