KDF.K OF PUBLICATIONGEOROE REEDER A WIFE,I'M.SAMUEL REEDER ET, ALNo. 3.541 Equity.—In the Circuit Court for Washington County, iii Equity. The object of this suit is to procure a decree tor a sale of certain Real Estate in Washington County, Maryland of which Francis Reeder died siezed and possessed and which he had devised to his widow, Elizabeth Reeder, during her lifetime.The bill states that about the year 1872 the said Francis Reeder died leaving a last will duly admitted to probate by which he devised certain real estate in Washington County, to his widow during life, without devising the remainder of said real esrate after her death. Ami that the said Elizabeth Reeder departed this life in the year iss:;. That the legal heirs of said Fraueis Reeder who inherit the said real estate are six children, George Reeder, whose wife is Catharine Caroline Cattle, Mahala, wife of David Mertz, Wash. Reeder, whose wife is Mary, Samuel Reeder, whose wife is Mary, of (lie j District of Columbia, Andrew J. Reeder whose wife is Ruth ; four children of Daniel Reeder, a deceased son, viz. Louisa the wife of William Miller, John Reeder, Isaac Reeder who reside in the west, (but the particular State and places are unknown,) and June V., the wife of John Young.And the five children of Elizabeth Young a deceased daughter, Zach. Young, whose wife is Rose, Heze. Young whose wife is Mary, Indiana, wife of ; John Johnson and Elizabeth, the wife of Henderson , Castle, and the three children of Zachariah Reeder, a deceased son, Zach. Reeder, whose wile is Laura, Alice the wife of Frisby Knodle, and Mary, the wifeof Samuel Preston.The Bill further states that the said real estate j cannot be divided among the parties interestedwithout loss aud injury. Ami that Samuel Reeder j and wife. Win. Miller and wife, John Reeder ami Isaac Reeder are non residents. Ami praying for a decree for sale for the purpose of partition and for general relief. It is thereupon adjudged and ordered that the complainant by causing a copy of this Order to be inserted in some newspaper published in Hagerstown, once a week in each of four successive weeks, before the 31st day of January, next, give notice to the said absent defendants of the object and substance of this bill, and warn them to appear in this Court in person or by solicitor, on or before the 2nd day of May next, to answer the premises and show cause it any they have why a decree ought not to pass as praved.GEO.
