Ferry start expectedAssociated Press — Capt. Eliot Winslow’s terry service between Portland and Peaks Island is now scheduled to start Monday, a week later than originally expected The Public Utilities Commission said Friday that Winslow will pilot his ship, the Argonaut, on five round trips a day, Monday through Friday.Winslow Is* authorized by the PUC to providing the service temporarily because of a strike by Casco Bay Lines captains The temporary service was delayed because of adverse weather and prior commitments to the Bath’ Iron Works.
