Dobosh new station manager at WPICBROOKFIKtD - A Hubbard native has been named Station Manager of radio station WPIC.Joseph S. Dobosh, 19.» Hub bard High School graduate, assumed his new post effective Jan. 1, it was announced by Edwin A. Bernstein. Executive Vice President and Genera! Manager, Eastern Regional Broadcasters Group WPIC is one of six radio stations in the group, including stations in Kingston and Syracuse. N.Y., Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Mich., and Mead-ville.
