Valparaiso, Jan 11.^— [HpeciafJ—Thomas Call ah nn. eighty-eight yeura, uiod heru today of heart disease. Iia died protesting his innocence of the crime of murder for which he was sentenced to the penitentiary for lilo and afterwards pardoned by the late Governor Hendricks. It is now believed that Callahan was the victim of uniortunate circumstances. Ha served twelve years of his fcentence.
