Between his sobs. Bahe. in broken English, told the Judge that the horse was a. pet,“Very weil, you can keep him if youwant to, but in that case I will have to fine you .15 for driving the animal in its lame condition.”Bahe thought the matter over and decided to keep the $5, (HIS WIFE HAD GONE.
