Portland, Me., Jan. 10.— (P) — City Clerk A. Edwin Smith has received a claim against the city from a Peaks Island resident who complains a municipal snow plow rammed his boat. Smith’s inquiry disclosed that the boat had been hauled up for the winter and that the collision had occurred in an open field, the plow driver having lost his way in a storm.
