Try them.A NEW ROAD.The commissioners court of Lee county has appointed a Jury of “viewers” to mark out a new road, commencing at Knight’s station, and, crossing the Western railroad at that point, to run parallel with said road on the|north side to the Summerville road at a point between Bartlett’s and Dinkln’s residences. The “viewers” are Thos Sessions, L Waldrop, B Smith, C H Buchanan,J D Ilall, J A Albright, and John Summer-gill. These gentlemen will meet for tncpurpose of locating said road at Judge Me-Elvy’s office next Saturday, at 10 o'clock.SHOT, BUT NOT MORTALLY.
