Square dance club announces new officersOfficers for 1986 were announced when the North Star 8 Square Dance Club held its first quarterly social Sunday, Jan. 5. A chili dinner was served by Mary and Jerry Hudgens.New officers are Mary and Jerry Hudgens, president; Ann and Larry Green, vice president; An-nael Fuller, secretary; Francis Nowell, treasurer; Elizabeth Boyers, reporter. The board of directors includes Clyde Crawford, Garry Kiser and Jack Dannger. John Huffman is building committee chairman and Ned Boyer, booker and Mary Ramsey, hostess.Members voted to begin a new set of square dance lessons beginning on Jan. 19 at 2 p.m. at the clubhouse, two miles west of Paris on Highway 82. Anyone interested in the lessons may call 784-8304 or 784-6475.
