Dessert-Card Party Is Plan Of CMA Society, Jan.. 16A dessert-card party is planned by Christian Mothers and Altar Society of St. John’s Catholic Church for 12:45 p. m. Wednesday,Jan. 16 in the church auditorium.There will he an admission fee of $1 and there will be a prize for each table. Members are welcome to take guests.Regular meeting of the society is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. this week Thursday in the church auditorium. Rach is asked to take baked goods, needlework or other handicraft to be sold following the meeting.The program will feature a skit entitled. “Foiled Again on daily Mass attendance.Social chairman is Mrs. Francis Hostettler. Assisting committee members are Mesdames George and Theresa Hetz, Bernard Has-selschwert, Norbert Hohenbrink. Emma Hohman, Dan Hostettler, Rex Hubbard, Ambrosia Im-ber, Francis and Ralph Jacob. John Jacobson, Raymond Jennings, Eudelio Jimenez, Hermit ■ Johnson, Elizabeth Pease. Charles Pessefall, E. C. Layman and Leon-ard Ludwig.-SEAMAN william Mark Har-ader, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Harader, rt. 6, is serving aboard the destroyer. USS His-sem off the coast of Scotland.
