Surprise Feten11Acton—'After much last minute planning a surprise party for John McGuire, piannled for Tuesday j. o night was turned into a doulble sur prise Monday for the young man and also for Leon Claflin „who received unexpected orders to re-1 port to Fort Deviens, Tuesday. The party, due to the management of Miss Dorothy Roche, proved a splendid success.Both young men, surrounded by their friends were presented with gifts and money.
