Posey Township.The subject of erecting a new church near Sugar Grove, is being agitated. Already $250 have been donated and trustees appointed to look after the building interests. We predict that the enterprise will be a success and say, amen! Edwin E. McClure, teacher inthe Glaze school, gave the school a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. The pupils entertained the audience for a time by rendering a number of dialogues, songs and recitations, after which Santa Claus and his assistants proceeded to relieve the tree from its burden of handsome presents. Quite an enjoyable time was had, and all went away very well pleased. ... We are glad to see that our township is becoming enthusiastic concerning the subject of turnpikes.
