NORTHWEST SECTORJohn Hangate's home at 1131 W. Belden Ave., was judged the outstanding.one in the northwest sector because of its. tasteful arrangement of lights, the stable scene and Santa Claus arriving to distribute his presents. It attracted hundreds of viewers during the holiday season.SOUTHEAST SECTOR A real old-fashioned sleigh, a full-sized Santa Claus and an oversized box in glittering gift wrapping' were the outstanding features of the Christmas lighting which brought first prize in the southeast area to Theodore P. Wadanole, 3604 E. Genesee St.SOUTHWEST SECTORIntriguing carol singers, carefully spotlighted, a scene of the Nativity and a New Years welcome combined to make the home of George E. Cole Jr., 1151 Glenwood Ave., one of the outstanding ones in the Christmas Lighting Contest. The judges awarded it first prize in the southwest sector.NORTHEAST SECTORThe roof of William R. Putzer, 318 Ken wick Dr., was used to carry out the Yule-tide appeal of his Christmas lighting plan. The figures were novel and added greatly to the appeal of the display.
