Glynn T. Settle formerly servelt; as pastor. It was while Rev. Settle officiated as pastor of the Geth semane Baptist Church that WINGS OVER JORDAN was ere!!I IIN IMPRESSIVE home ceremonies Lovely Clara Sue Jones on Christmas Day became thebride of Mr. Moses Saulsberry at the Glenville home of Mrs. Maggie Wright, her aunt, ofated, commencing a career which las surpassed any such organisation in all history.Upon returning to tfee United States from abroad where the WINGS OVER JORDAN CHORAL ENSEMBLE served the fighting forces of the Allied Nations, the choir in* an effort to comply with the tremendous appeal for personal appearances all over the nation, haa been constantly on touj* away from Cleveland since March, 1946. Their chedule runs well into 1948 with two’ moving pictures to be completed before they can possibly return for any lengthy stay in the city of Cleveland, •’ Miss Mildred C. Ridley, Executive Secretary and Manager of WINGS OVER JORDAN left iouaton, Texas on the 20th headed for Cleveland to spend the holidays with her mother and at the same time, complete the final Ictails for the coming of the famed radio Director, Rev. Glynn T. Settle, who will arrive in the city on January «th to be present fo awarding WINGS OVER JORDAN’S first 1947 scholarship oi January 7th. Rev.
