In the case of Earl R. Davis, by his next friend, Philena J. Chapman vs. Lewis Davis et al; the commissioner filed his report of distribution. It was as follows. Receipts from sale of land $275, which after the costs were paid would give the followingheirs one-seventh or $'10.92 each: Earl R. Davis, Lewis Davis, Mary Cain, Ruth Sykes, Cora Rennet, Simeon Davis, John Hannahs. Noah Davis, Ida Cain. Owen Davis, Florence Davis, Roena Clark and the following $5.46 each or one-thirty-fourth: Clo-very Johnson, Ralph Johnson, Francis Davis, Grace Doan, Ona Bennett and lev Stevens.
