INDIAN AGENT SUED.Rebok. Has More Trouble With Mus-quakies of Tama Reservation.Cedar Rapids, Jan. 2.—Pa-Kee-Ka-Ma-Qae, chief of the Sac and’ Fox Indiana of Iowa, acting for thy sole benefit and in the interests of said tribal Indians by his next friend and regent, plaintiff, vs. H. M. Rebok, as the former United States agent of said Indians, defendant, is the' title of a suit just commenced in the federal court in this city. Chief Pa-Kee-Ka-Ma-Que asks. $50,000 for himself and tribe by reason of alleged illegal acts of Agent Rebok. 'Rebok is charged with placing a renegade chief over the tribe and with appropriating to his own benefit the rentals of the Indians5 lands and of other and various corrupt practices contrary to the acts of congress.
