Silver Sisters In Kischer HomeThe regular meeting of Sunny Silver Sister* 4-H Club was held December 4 in the home of Roslyn Kischer, with 12 members, two leaders and two visitors present Members responded to roll call with a Christmas custom in another country.The club decided to have each member furnish three dozen cookies to take to homes for Christmas inslead of going caroling.Talks given were: “Your Personality in the Making” by Jane Hollenbeck: “Feet Care,” “Lovelier Hands” and “Lipstick Manners” by Karen Fassler; “Lovelier Hair” by Janet Griffin; and “The Story of Sally” by Janene Broun.The group enjoyed an exchange of gifts after the meeting.Lunch was served by Roslyn and her mother then several games were played.The next meeting will be at the home of Mary and Janet Florine on January 8.
