Some of the guests from a distance were Mrs. Bell, Galveston; Mrs. Clarence Bowman and daughter, South Bend; Mrs. Frank Shanks, Deer Creek; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Foutz, Muncie.Messrs. B. F. Scroggs and M. M. Minnick went to Delphi Wednesday to attend an* affair given by the Odd Fellows’ lodge of that place.- There was quite a number attended the shooting match at Spencer Logans, about 6 miles west of this place.
