P. (Bobby) Singletary. Thomasville district, succeeding Hosea Vann, who did not offer for reelection as he has moved from the city to the county. Vann served as chairman of the board, succeeding J. W. Keyton.Lowell E. Clark, Ochlochnee district, succeeding Woodrow W.Maddox, who did not offer for a third term as commissioner, having served in that capacity for eight years.John E. NeSmith, Pavo-Bar-wick - Ways district, succeeds Ronald C. Pope, of Barwick, who served for eight years as commissioner. He was defeated in the primary •lection by NeSmith.James E. Murphy, Boston district, succeeds Henry P. Russell, who was commissioner for eightyears, and as representative in the Georgia General Assembly for two years. He was reelected as representative in the September primary.Other members of the board who will iesume their work, are Commissioners F. C. Pittman j Meigs district, W. Gerald Tuck, Thomasville district; Allen Shor-rod, Coolidge - Ellabell - Merrill' ville district and Harry C. Stringer, Metcalf district.Other officers sworn in during the past few days by Miss Clarice James, Ordinary, include:W. S. Stewart, tax collector; C. Glen Carter, tax receiver; W. A. [Bill 1 Watt, Jr., clerk of Superior Court; J. M. Richards, Thomasville, C. L.Singletary, Ochlochnee, D. J.Baker, Coolidge and J. W. Nelms, Meigs, justices of the peace; Rlt; M. Hutchinson, Thomasville and W. R. Cun-ingham, Boston, constables; Charles C.
