Titusville Policemen in 1904- This quaint photo of Titusville’s finest of 55 years ago was recently sent to The Herald by C. A. O’Dell, 22143 Bossett St., Canoga Park, Calif, In the front row, I to r, is Patrick Buckley, who became chief a year or so after this picture was taken. Chief John L. Laley, and Daniel Connelk who was chief in the 1920s and 1930s. In the back row are John Taylor and John R. Foster. Wrote Mr. O'Dell: “These were a bunch of good lads if they do look like the Keystone Cops. All now gone to the land where good cops go.
