E.j church was a .decided success. Ai short musical and literary program was given, consisting of a vocal duet by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cavcrly. An Interesting paper was written andread by Mrs. H. M. Hillman on the early life of George Washington. Vocal solo by Mrs. Helen Cavcrly Crosby and jl recitation by Miss Mary Crone. Those attending from Clean were: . Mrs; Phoebe Carmer, AIlss Grace Sloan and Mrs.'Harry Derby.— Mr. and Mrs. Miner Sc6U entertained a few friends Friday evening.—Miss Pearl Brown is spending the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Airs. F. 0. Brown of ' Maple Hill.—Mrs. Glenn Hogue was in Olean Thursday —-Mrs. Jay Cavcrly entertained the C. S. T.- club on Thursday afternoon
