THE BELL TELEPHONE COMPANYTo the Public :Owing to the fact that a very large numberr i' 'of people were unable to gain admittance to the new Bell Telephone Building on the day and evening of the public reception, February 21st, the Management desires to extend a further cordial invitation to the Public to visit the plant and see the method of operation. x ^Every day this week, with’the exception of Saturday, the building will be open for inspection between the hours of three and five o'clock in the afternoon.A corps of ushers will receive the visitors anshow them through the several departments.CENTRAL NEW YORK TELEPHONE * AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY
