Mr. Butter objected to the plans on account of iour light forj the iusido rooms. He suggested that plans be made fora wing to the preaeut building and that some changes be made in the present building to afford better light and ventilation. The matter will be brought before the hoard of oouuty coinminsiont rsat the March term aud new plans made to embrace the changes suggested by Mr. Butler.---Hartford City News
