The Wefcelo Den led ' the opening ceremonies at Pack 9S5’s annual Blue and Gold Banquet held Feb. 17 at Jefferson Jr. High School.The tables were ablaza with red, white'and bine decorations made by the cub scouts using the theme Horizons U.S.A.”Cubm aster RichardGreen gave the invocation, followed by a catered dinner. The cubs were thoi delighted, by the mystical feats of magician Rubio Ab-bington. Abbington is, by day, a St. Charles City policeman.
