PAUL - Mrs. Gay Nell Penley, 35, of Dungannon Route 1 was pronounced dead on arrival at Lebanon General Hospital Friday afternoon after a two-car collision here, the Times-News learned Saturday night.Admitted to the hospital with injuries were her son, Gary, 4, and her father, Claude Blankenship, 53, also of Dungannon; and two occupants oF the other vehicle. Both of the others — Darris Salyers, 19, of Castlewood Route 2, and Charles Baker, 18, Castlewood — suffered fractures, a hospital spokesman said. .Blankenship’s condition was described as “fair” and Gary Penley's as “satisfactory” Saturday night.Mrs. Penley is survived by her husband, Robert Penley; daughters, Jo Nell and Paula, and sons, Robert (Bobbie) and Gary, all of the home; her parents, Claude and Mary Wolfe Blankenship, Dungannon; sisters, Mrs. Nancy Robinson, Mrs. Mary Etta Siggnar and Miss Margie Ann Blankenship, all of Cleveland, Ohio; brothers, Claude Jr., Cleveland, and Eddie Blankenship ofCalifornia.Estes Funeral Home, Coebum, is in charge of funeral arrangements.William HoodWilliam Elmer Hood. 63.
