EAGLETimothy C. Paeltz, j son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Paeltz of Godfrey has received scouting’s highest rank. The scout of Alton Troop 121, sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church, is a high honor student at North Junior High School and received the Eagle award after progressing from Cub Scouts through Boy Scouts. The boy’s father’s Eagle Badge was used in the presentation.
