Hammersmith is still on the sick list.G. W. Ball visited in Defiance last week.Mrs. Ball recently fell on the ice and broke her left arm. She has been in a critical condition.Mrs. J oseph Hiester visited in this locality last week.Van Mason has a 11 pound wood chopper at his home.Jesse Yanvlerah has bought the Goller farm. He is an industrious young farmer and we are glad to hear of his spreading out.The Coats B rothers will chop 100 cords of wood for A. J. Kiser.Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Ball visited at Hector last week.We understand that Mr. Wheaton, of Toledo, expects to trade for the Little farm.Delbert E. Kiser and bride returned from Cleveland last week. They will make their home with Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Kiser for the present.R. Shalerwill have charge of his father’s farm in Paulding county the coming summer.Jeseph Berkmyer will move to Defiance this spring.Geo. Hasselschwartz has a job of hauling logs for J. H. Hammersmith.Frank Hill and David Fockler are still working for Geo. Haselsworth.Mrs. Victoria Hasselschwartz visited Mr. and Mrs. G. T. Balske last week.
