Former Resident Dies in WashingtonMrs. Katherine ^McRevnolds) Morrison. 87, widow of Martin A Morrjaon. former congressman, died I in the Pfatt hospital, Washington.DC., at 5:30 p. m., Monday. The body will be sent to Frankfort where services will be held later this week.Born at Delphi, she was the widow of Congressman Morrison who represented the old Ninth District, who died in 1945 Mr. Morrison served four terms in Congress from 1908 to 1914 and later headed the Civil Service department under FTesident Woodrow Wilson. He was in U. S. government service later and returned to Frankfort upon his retirement in 1943. Mrs. Morrison returned to Washington after her husband’s death. When in Delphi they lived at j the location of the present Walter Clawson residence and her mother was a teacher in the schools here. \Mrs. Morrison was a pianist and studied four years at the Royal Con-servatory of Music at Stuttgart, Ger- ( many.
