Surprise Party. iLast Friday evening1 a large number of relatives and friends gathered at j the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Merc-ker, to celebrate their son Theodore’s twenty-ninth birthday.When the crowd rushed into the j house Theodore did not know what was ; i going on. being very much interested'1 in a lively card game.The evening was spent in playing cards, games of all kinds and music.A dainty luncheon was served at teno’clock.The .following were present: Mr. lt;and Mrs. Henry Mereker, Mr. and Mrs. i ] E.
