Want Electric Lights.Monticello Journal:--The citizens of Chalmers are considering the proposition of contracting with the Tippecanoe Electricand Power Company of this place for street lights. It has been suggested that if the three townsof Reynolds, Chalmers and Brookston would combine, itwould cheapen the cost of constructing the line to carry the electricity and give all of them a better show. Towns the size ofthese are not able to maintainlt;individual light plants, and their best means of obtaining streetand private electric lights is toget them from outside sources.
