PLAN MEMORIAL WINDOW.Elks Desire to Honor the Late Rev.Owen P. Fitzsimona.Birmingham Lodge No. 79, Benevolent Protective Order of Elks. at Its meeting last night, appointed a committee to confer with the now rector of St. Mary’a-on-the-HIghlands with a view of placing a stained glass window In the church as a memorial to the late Owen P, FltE-ilmon. who was both rector and Klk.St. Mary’s has already many elegant stained windows and if the proposition of the Elks Is accepted this church will probably take the lead In the way of ecclesiastical art.
