The decision is one of great length, and exhaustive in the tergal authorities it brings to its support. Chief Justice Ray delivered the | opinions..Governor Baker has appointed Henry A. Brouse, of Howard, and Alexander Yan Horn, -of Tipton, Judge and Prosecuting Attorney of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, the one created by the present Legislature.:
