BcgLOCAIJIRMSEnders Bus Lines, Brown Ice Coal Company AffectedDETROIT, Feb. 19 (AP)—The regional War Labor Board today issued directive orders in dispute cases involving the following Michigan companies and union bargaining units.They were:Twin Cit\ Motor Coach Co and Enders Bus Lines, Benton Harbor, and the Street. Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employes (AFL Division 1231—time and one half was denied for operators for work in excess of 40 hours a week but time and a half was granted for all work performed bv drivers and operators in excels of 48 hours a week and nine hours a riav. proudmg the union agrees to reduce the guaranteed work from the present 50 hours to 48.Brown Ice Coal Co. Benton Harbor, and Brotherhood of Teamsters (AFL, Local 7—a voluntary maintenance of membership was awarded but the boaid rcscived the right to review the situation in six months to modify the maintenance if circumstances warrant.The board also denied a joint wage application of the Foid Motor Co, Iron Mountain, Mich . plant, and the UAW-CIO which sought increases for approximately 125 employes in seven classifications. The WLB hold that the parties failed to pro\c mtra-plant inequalities and said if the raises were approved. Ford Iron Mountain rates in general would be above any brackets that might be established for the upper peninsula area.
