No decorative floats will be! built, but a local celebration is planned and the object is to make the ■celebration as attractive as possiblewithout involving any heavy expenseto the communitySome months ago the business men-of Laredo decided to abandon the usual elaborate festivities this year, as It was deemed to be inconsistent with our war policy to hold a costly debratlon on the 22nd.
