There were, four contestants. Each was bright and strong and bythe character of work done deservingof a medal .Harold Henry opened the program ! by a well rendered piano solo.! The first oratloo, “The One Hundred Third Paseooger of the May* flower,” by Clifford Morse followed. ' The extra passenger proved to be the spirit of Independence, which Mr.! Morse gave life to in the form of the American eagle He told what the bird had accomplished, and then brief*ly spoke of Its future.
